What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30, and check-out is until 11:00. On request we can arrange an earlier check-in or a later check-out if the room is free. If you're arriving outside these hours, just let us know in advance.

Is there free parking and WiFi?
Yes — the house has its own on-site parking and free WiFi throughout the property. Both are included in the price of your stay.

How far are the beach and the Old Town?
The central beach is about a 2-minute walk away, and Sozopol's Old Town is a short stroll along the same street.

Do you accept pets?
Yes — pets are welcome free of charge, with advance notice. Please message us before booking so we can arrange the room and dates.

Are there rules about noise and parties?
Between 23:00 and 7:00 we ask for quiet, so every guest can rest. Parties and events are not allowed on the property, and smoking is banned in the rooms and shared indoor areas.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment is made on site at check-in — the website doesn't ask for card details in advance. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in on the standard rate, and the exact deadline for your dates is shown when you check availability.
