A home renovated with care for every detail

Velonia Guest House welcomes its guests in a recently renovated guest house in Sozopol. Every space is arranged with an eye for comfort and cosiness — from the warm tones in the rooms to the quiet courtyard where you can rest in the shade among greenery.

We're at 15 Yani Popov Street, just a 2-minute walk from the central beach and about 200 metres from the centre of Sozopol, and our own parking means you never have to worry about where to leave your car. To us, hospitality is personal — our host Vladi greets every guest himself and makes sure your stay runs smoothly, from the smallest detail to the biggest gesture.

Velonia Studio & Rooms offers modern, cosy rooms, each with its own style and amenities, just minutes from the beach. Guests can choose between a double room, a twin room, a more spacious family studio and an apartment with its own kitchen — the latter two also suit longer stays or working remotely. The rooms come with comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay, and exactly what each one offers is listed on its own page. The location is ideal — close to the sea, shops, restaurants and the central spots of Sozopol, yet calm enough for a proper rest. Velonia suits couples, families and digital nomads looking for comfort, style and a personal touch by the sea.
